A narrow squat is a bodyweight squat where you stand with feet together (
big toes touching each other).
Stand with the bases of
your big toes touching, heels slightly apart (so that your second toes are parallel).
Simply get on your knees, knees shoulder width apart,
big toes touching each other.
Separate the knees so that they are a little wider than hip - distance apart, with
