I've been trying to eat «cleaner» recently, incorporating less chemicals wherever possible, but I still treat myself to a
bit of
chocolate or cake every now and again and I don't feel guilty
about it.
I've always been a
bit nervous
about making
chocolate, assuming that it would be so complicated, but I was so blown away by the simplicity of it — you literally just put cacao butter, cacao powder and either maple syrup or rice syrup in a pan and warm gently until melted!

wow that sounds fun — never heard of kookaburras but am curious
about what it is because sounds aussie (looks a
bit like
chocolate crackles).
I usually add
chocolate chips to the recipe (because I add
chocolate to just
about everything), but this time I decided instead to swirl in a
bit of Nutella (2 - 3 TBS).
We don't need to remind you
about the benefits of enjoying a few
bites of
chocolate, especially dark
chocolate which is full of antioxidants.
So before I get too hungry telling you
about the menu for St. Patrick's Day, let me tell you a
bit more
about this Dark
Chocolate Irish Whiskey Tart:
Top with a little
bit of pumpkin butter, then
about 4 - 5 bittersweet
chocolate chips.
The best part
about this teacake is that it's wonderfully moist without being too dense — a surprisingly light cake contrasted with rich chunks of
chocolate in every
bite.
Even though regular hot
chocolate only has
about 1/8 the caffeine of a cup of coffee, that little
bit can still make a difference if you struggle with sensitivities, insomnia or other sleep issues.
And
about those cookies, they are more similar to the texture of a brownie or molten
chocolate cake - more gooey and thick than a traditional cookie, but
bite size and handheld (everything we love in a good cookie).

Chocolate French Toast Bake should be a definite contender.
i thought
about going the
chocolate route - dunking, drizzling,
chocolate chips - but i thought the cacao nibs would add a subtle
chocolate - y - ness, without being too sweet (as these macaroons are a
bit on the sweet side for me).
If you haven't already realized, I'm a teeny tiny
bit excited
about this vegan 3 ingredient
chocolate cereal.
The cookies are soft with a rich
chocolate taste just like a brownie should be and when you
bite into it you can a little

As a swede moving to Denmark I was a
bit sceptical
about the whole
chocolate - on - dark - bread combination in the beginning.
Our
chocolate bars are all certified organic by the Soil Association and because this means so much to us, we wanted to share with you a little
bit about what organic entails and why you continue to make the right choices when you eat organically.
These
bite - size Lectin - Free Vegan
Chocolate Avocado Pistachio Truffles are made with only a few clean ingredients and are ready in
about 5 minutes!
There's just something
about biting into a
chocolate shell that immediately shatters and falls on your shoe.
When
chocolate starts to harden (
about 5 minutes) sprinkle with a
bit of sea salt and put back in freezer until
chocolate is firm.
After combining, I added crushed pecans and
about a quarter cup of dry rolled oats with the
chocolate chips to give it a
bit more texture.
I ended up thinning out the
chocolate a little
bit with water (

And if you really want to get your kids excited
about eating plain Greek yogurt, mix in a tiny
bit of pure maple syrup, a couple dashes of cinnamon, a large handful of granola, and top with a few mini

After you're done peeing yourself with excited
about ALL the
chocolate sprinkled on top of your pudding, sprinkle on a little
bit of unsweetened coconut shreds.
Mornings are tough, but there's something
about the promise of

Just melt whatever quantity you have mini muffin cups for, add a

about 1 chopped macadamia nut for each «muffin cup.»
I'm also not wild
about large amounts of caffeine, so when I heard
about brewing
chocolate, which is naturally low in caffeine, I perked up a
bit -LCB- see what I did there? -RCB-.
Then it only requires
about 30 minutes of oven time before you can take a
bite of the most delicious gooey perfect healthy sweet potato
chocolate brownie.

These no bake energy
bites have been perfect treat when I'm craving something sweet and thinking
about going for a
chocolate bar.
I did make a few substitutions though — I used coconut oil instead of the palm oil (i added
about a teaspoon more coconut oil once I had mixed everything together because the mixture was a
bit too crumbly and dry for my liking) and I also added a teaspoon or so more of honey due to the dryness of the mixture... I didn't use any white
chocolate chips, and used vegan dark
chocolate that i chopped up because i didn't have «chips» as such....
My favorite part
about these energy
bites is the flakes of coconut and
chocolate chips throughout.
