As a devout chilehead, I constantly look for a little
bit of heat in my food.
Changing to your diet is quote a significant change and I think because I'm not snacking on biscuits or a
chocolate bar
as I would when I'm feeling a
bit tired; I'm getting very headachy.
The white
chocolate drizzle, made with cacao butter and cashews, adds a nice, extra
bit of texture to the creamy berry base, but the creamsicles are great on their own
as well, in case you don't want to bother with the drizzle.
Truly, though,
as much
as I love deep, dark
chocolate, I think some percentages and brands actually might be too bitter and a
bit lacking in sweetness and,
as a result, might not be quite
as successful in this recipe
as the semi-sweet
chocolate we call for — but I'd really love to hear back from you if you try it!
I've found that a good quality unsweetened
chocolate is totally palatable, and I did the «nibble a
bit and go back» thing
as well when I first tasted it!
After making a fresh batch of these crinkle cookies, this time incorporating chunks of

as some peppermint extract that makes every one of those
