The Sadey Slim Straight from J Brand is a great alternative to skinny with
a bit more shape around the ankle.
I then added
a bit more shape with an Instyler, kind of a brush and curling iron hybrid I got for Christmas a few years back.

The bread tastes fine but just very odd to eat as its so flat and strangely

Apple challahs, however, are challenging, mostly because larger chunks of baked apple are far

Gather a
bit more than half of the dough into a ball and
shape it into a 6 - inch disk for the top crust.
Great northern will hold their
shape a
bit more.
You should be able to
shape mixture into small patties at this point, if not dust a
bit more cassava flour on top and mix into mixture until it's a
shape - able consistency and isn't sticking to your hands.
I did a little
bit more reading and found that I should have been allowing my bread to rise another two hours after removing the dough from the bowl and
shaping it into the ball.
You can use
more water when
shaping, if the loaf seems a
bit too craggy on the surface.
