My upper body is a lot more toned (

I think I would be «skinny
fat» — thin legs, arms, quite narrow
back but still have a
bit of a tummy.
Now that I know how it feels on the other side, I have no problem going through a
bit of hell to get
back into a
fat - burning state if I get out it for some reason.
My midsection is where most
of my weight is but I have
back fat, side boob
fat, and also and roll right underneath my breasts which scares me a little
bit cause all the before and after
of people losing weight they don't have that under their breasts so question is will I lose it?
And traditional planks tone your
back so you don't have that little
bit of fat hanging over your bra.
... I've done a
bit of research and i think I may have found an answer (i could be very wrong, but, id like to share it anyway) heres my brief flow chart type
of explanation: went from a high
fat («anti-candida» diet) diet to a low
fat diet (HCLF «raw till 4» but not strict) > restricted
fats (under 5 % a day) > gallbladder isn't used enough > sluggish thick bile > then when i would eat
fat it would explain why i felt like crap and would get skin breakouts, constipation or candida would come
back > cut out even more
fat («banana island» diets for a few days,
fat free etc) > over time my body stopped producing enough bile / stomach acid etc > due to sluggish bile therefore malabsorption
of fats > fatty liver starts....?

A lot
of people will do better eating before bed especially some protein,
fat, and maybe a little
bit of carbs because their adrenals may be so messed up, their cortisol may be dropping, their blood sugar may be dropping and it may be causing their adrenals to produce more adrenalin and more cortisol to bring that blood sugar
back up which could wake them up in the middle
of the night.
So as we shift
back to being more

fat burner, they may get a little
bit a kickback as it takes a few weeks to kind
of Keto - adapt.
I carry some love handle with a
bit of back fat, bra bulge, and a
bit of belly
fat - yet, still appear flat stomach but skinny
fat.
I know you can not spot reduce
fat... the last remaining
bit of fat I want to lose is around my belly button and lower
back.

Cause sometimes I feel you write more inclined to men, and you know men metabolism is very different to women, so I am a
bit confused, I hope you can clarify this for me, if my main goal as a beginner is to loose all the
fat and get
back to my ideal weight that is around 136 lbs, is it right for me to still apply the principle you mentioned here
of focusing on starting to build muscle first and then lose all the pounds with the calorie intake and exercise base, or this should apply only for men, or for both men or women but that their main goal is to gain muscle?

So those people who have been hoping to keep their wallets at least a little
bit fatter when it comes to getting a PS3 have to go
