Now that you know you only need to add a little
bit of liquid for the thickest of smoothies (add more to thin your smoothie), it's time to pick your base.

My tips

of water and add in flavorings like smashed garlic, peppercorns and fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs.

for at least 15 minutes, until the
liquid has thickened a

Again, this one is a
bit heavy on the sugar
for my taste: reduce it by using half the amount, and 10 drops
