When bulking I like to add
a bit of milk in the shake and that makes it absolutely fantastic.
I also liked having
a bit of milk in the freezer so that if I had to leave town unexpectedly, or God forbid, be hospitalized, my child would have some nourishment on hand.

I know it's made
