Ive regained quite
a bit of my muscle mass and im lean across my body but gained fat on my lower belly and hips.
I'm not sure about my body type because I'm not a strong person and find it hard to build muscle, but I already have
a bit of muscle mass and a low body fat percentage to begin with.
Even a professional body builder seems to lose
some bits of muscle masses (and maybe some organ and bone masses too, lol) during the cutting phase, so it's definitely a much safer path if you can achieve it.

another question - what is the point
of doing weight training on this lifestyle if u do nt put in almost any post workout protein?i workout and want to firm up a
bit and gain some small
muscle mass (not grow big
muscles), and every time i workout, it all gets lost and reversed back to were i started - because i consume so little protein post workout and in the days between workouts..
