I was told to juice lemons and limes and apples, especially green apples and to take Malic acid tablets (green apples are highest in malic acid) and maybe a tiny
bit of olive oil maybe a teaspoon but concentrate mostly on the lemons limes and apple juice.

I too think it'd be great with a tiny
bit of toasted rosemary, or
maybe just rosemary
olive oil.
Spoon it into a serving bowl and garnish with a
bit more
olive oil, chopped roasted red peppers, crumbled feta cheese,
maybe a
bit of extra crushed red pepper flakes.
Also I used half the broth to avoid runniness, upped the salt a
bit, used 2 serrano peppers seeds and all,
maybe 1/2 cup
of cilantro, bacon fat instead
of olive oil and some fresh garlic and when it was done and still in the pan gave it an additional squeeze
of lime juice.
I felt the dressing was a
bit heavy with 1/2 cup
of olive oil and needed more acid, so next time I might add more vinegar or
maybe some lime juice and reduce the amount
of oil.
It was easy to make but there was way too strong
of a vinegar taste for me and my husband and it was too thick, not a mayo texture, with 2 tablespoons
of almonds (
maybe I blended it a little too long making this happen), I added some Almond
Oil to it as I had run out
of Olive Oil which made it a mayo texture and toned the vinegar flavor down a
bit.
To get started you just heat
olive oil in a large skillet and then season the chops with just a
bit of salt and pepper or
maybe some Penzey's chop seasoning or do what I do and make your own seasoning.
White rice, with
maybe just a tiny
bit of olive oil and a pinch
of salt becomes a whole meal.
This is really easy to do with kale, even if it is frozen, because it cooks so fast — give it 3 minutes in
olive oil in the bottom
of the pot,
maybe with a clove
of crushed garlic or some
bits of onion, and then add the sauce and heat it up.
