We don't have scallions (and I really don't like them anyway) so I used finely diced onions, and chopped tomatoes with a little
bit of parsley flakes.
Add a bit of Kerrygold butter, fresh goat cheese, and
bits of parsley.
Next, toss in the garlic, tomato,
a bit of parsley and Cajun seasoning blend and give it a good stir.
This recipe has a creamy, flavourful hummus, of course, but it also includes everything on the plate — there's
a bit of parsley salad and roasted cauliflower to make this a complete meal, too (of course, vegans can just skip the poached egg).
I just made it bland, only adding in salt, pepper and
a bit of parsley.
You might consider reinforcing his good behavior while he's in his litter tray, e.g., leave or provide treats for him in his tray (
a bit of parsley, a chunk of carrot, a chew toy) or adding a layer of fresh hay to the litter (change the hay often).
