I just tried it with egg whites and
a bit of my protein powder to help bind it, and i basically had vanilla scrambled eggs....
Followed by mashed banana,
a bit of protein powder and quinoa flakes (giving you protein and fiber), unsweetened cocoa powder (a few more antioxidants never hurt anyone) and sweetened with just a hint of stevia.
For self care I've been starting my mornings with a smoothie made from kale, frozen berries, almond milk and
a bit of protein powder.
It usually consists of large fruit smoothies containng
a bit of protein powder and flaxseed, along with an apple.
Next time I'll add in
a bit of protein powder to see how they taste, but for now, these are totally satisfying my chocolate craving.
Also what is your take on mixing some chia seeds with

On the days I make smoothies, I typically mix
a bit of protein powder with 1 scoop of collagen.
Then I use a little
bit of protein powder — there's this kind called Dope Naturally, which is yummy and has whole sprouted watermelon seeds in it.
