On the days I make smoothies, I typically mix
a bit of protein powder with 1 scoop of collagen.
I like to have an apple and some almonds in between meals or a small
bit of protein powder with half a banana.

Less creative: I love mixing plain, nonfat yogurt

bit strong and earthy for some, but I've worked out that hemp

powder, so I add a few tsps
of that to a smoothie and it's quite palatable.
