bit of sugar again, but many foods were now nasty to me.

Again, this one is a
bit heavy on the
sugar for my taste: reduce it by using half the amount, and 10 drops
of liquid Stevia instead — or try pure Xylitol (low GI birch tree
sugar) in place
of sugar.

Taste
again, and if you want more sweetness, sprinkle in a
bit of sugar or brown
sugar.
I will DEFINITELY be making this
again (but maybe with 2/3 cup
of sugar next time instead
of 1/2, since the fresh cranberries tarten it up a
bit... but still much preferred over dried cranberries!)
I am super impressed with the recipe and excited to try them
again bu reducing a
bit of sugar and more almond meal & protein powder next time.
I used granny smith apples and used every
bit of the brown
sugar for the topping — I will be making this recipe
again!!!

NOW I'm combining the principals
of the 6 week body makeover diet
again (5 small meals a day, protein with every meal, clean eating, low salt, no refined
sugar, whole foods, portion control, etc) but with higher calories than that diet calls for (it's a
bit of a crash diet if you follow their suggested portions), and am also now counting macros.
Again, like my cucumber greyhound cocktail, it has no added
sugar, so if you like sweeter drinks add some simple syrup or a
bit of sugar or a
bit more orange.
