I made these pancakes this morning adding a little bit of lemon juice and vanilla and served with butter and a little
bit of sugar free all natural raspberry jelly and fresh berries.

I topped mine with a tiny
bit of sugar free dark chocolate and chopped almonds too and they are exactly like a Mounds in flavor!
I added just
a bit of sugar free pomegranate syrup to add a hint of sweetness.

I will definitely make these sometime WITH the crumbs (gluten
free ones for us,
of course), but as my hubby is a
bit low - carb / anti
sugar right now, I skipped it this time so he could enjoy them.
Plus, it's
free of caffeine thanks to carob powder and also added
sugars — only a
bit of the natural
sugars you get in the cherry juice.

sugar stuff knows that look kids give when they think something tastes gross and the heartbreak that comes with throwing away expensive ingredient cupcakes with only one
bite out
of them...
Then you have it: a delicious mini double chocolate
bite, perfectly moist in the inside, gluten and lactose
free, and also low in
sugar (you can even make them refined
sugar free by replacing the entire amount
of sugar with only coconut
sugar instead).
You are doing so well on the
sugar free:) I like that I will be able to try it just a little
bit with some
of these delicious sounding
sugar free treats.
Every single
bite of this muffin is sheer grain -
free, dairy -
free and refined

free pleasure.
The Sugar -
free sauce: I used Balsamic vinegar - which is both sour and sweet (from the naturally occurring concentrated grape
sugars in the vinegar) plus a
bit of broth and tapioca starch.
I wanted a
bite of sweetness that was both gluten -
free and lower in refined
sugar than most muffins.
If you need to omit the maple syrup for dietary reasons, I like to add a dash
of cinnamon and nutmeg for a
bit of sugar -
free sweetness instead.
After you take one
bite of this deeply decadent «clean eating» dessert, you might not believe that it's raw, vegan, gluten -
free and paleo... but low and behold, you don't need excessive
sugar or other processed ingredients to make something magical.
These
bites of yumminess are lactose
free, refined
sugar free, and oh so, so, so yummy!
Not only are there delicious chunks
of sweet strawberries in every single
bite, but this recipe is gluten -
free, dairy -
free and has zero refined
sugars!
Let it thicken up, and then spread a layer between a mixture
of gluten -
free flours and oats, cinnamon and a
bit of sugar.
1) Mix flour, butter and icing
sugar in a bowl using two knives to cut the butter until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs 2) Add in the egg yolks and vanilla extracts and mix well, then add iced water until the dough starts to come together 3) Shape the dough into a ball on a cool, flat, floured surface 4) Flatten dough into a disc and then wrap in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes 5) Meanwhile, peel, core and slice the apples into as thin slices as possible 6) Mix
sugar and ground cinnamon powder with sliced apples and let it rest for a while 7) Pre-heat oven to 180 deg cel 8) Once dough has chilled, roll pastry dough on a sheet
of parchment paper until it has expanded to the size
of the tart mold (I used a rough mold the size
of a large pizza) 9) Leaving at least an inch
of dough
free, arrange apple slices by overlapping them slightly in the shape
of a circle, starting from the outermost part
of the circle, until you reach the inside 10) Fold the edges
of dough over the filling and then sprinkle the dough with a
bit of sugar 11) Bake for about 40 - 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the apples are soft 12) Serve warm, with a side
of whipped cream or ice cream (optional)

Following a Paleo (grain

bit of a challenge when it comes to desserts.
2 flax / chia eggs (2 tbl flax or flax / chia blend mixed with 5 tbl water — mixed and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken) 4 ripe bananas 2 teaspoons

These
bites are also 100 percent
free of added
sugars, they are vegan and they are gluten, nut, soy, and grain -
free.
Heat granulated
sugar, cream
of tartar, and remaining 2 egg whites in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan
of simmering water (bowl should not touch water), whisking constantly, until mixture is warm (not hot) and
sugar is dissolved, about 2 minutes (rub a
bit between your fingers to check; it should be
free of grit).
In real life I usually eat one or two pieces
of seasonal fruit (nowadays it is an apple) and have a quick
bite a
bit later: most
of the times it's a piece
of toast with almond or cashew butter and my mom's
sugar -
free plum jam on top.
Best
of all, since I used white whole wheat flour and only a
bit of sugar, they're healthier than most muffins, even fat -
free ones.
I didn't have màple
sugar at this baking so used the Swerve brand
sugar replacement - The cookies are soft but kept there cut out shape perfect and seem to be firming up as they cool — I did glaze with some organic confectioners
sugar so you do get a
bit of sweet in that
bite however I enjoyed them without any frosting with their mild buttery flavor — sharing this guilt
free healthy recipe
They dissolve into warm milk (I made mine with almond milk) and whilst they have quite a
bit of sugar they are
free from any other additives or nasties.
I like to keep my granola quite low in
sugar, so I have only used dried apricots which mixed with the cashew butter and coconut oil create the most delicious, sticky sweet paste!Feel
free to add a
bit of maple syrup or honey if you like it sweeter.
note: if you're using an especially tart sauce and have a
bit of a sweet tooth, feel
free to sweeten your sauce with a few spoonfuls
of honey, agave, or
sugar.
