Butter mini-muffin tins generously, and line with a strip of parchment paper in each indent, this makes popping
the bites out of the pan after either baking or freezing simple (see photo).

It was a
bit tricky to get
out of the
pan though AND I couldn't use all
of the crumb topping because I used such a short
pan.
The cast iron skillet is the ideal
pan for baking this pizza, catching all
of the little
bits of cheese that melt

Not only was trying to wrap
bits of foil onto a blazing hot pie
pan difficult and dangerous, but at least one piece inevitably fell off during the trip in or
out of the oven.
And I've also made a

of it in mini cupcake
pans by cutting the apples into cubes, turned
out really great and so addictive: D

out any grease from the

It didn't quite
pan out like that however, and what I noticed was that while there were a lot
of options for eating sushi, the sushi that was available was very fresh — often freshly made — with the smaller
bite - sized sushi being more popular — a stark contrast with the premade handrolls which are popular in Australia.
After an impatience - inducing 30 minutes, you'll pop the large square
out of the

of panning back to reveal a character who wasn't there before.
When the onions have softened a
bit, after about 1 minute, add the chicken to the
pan along with the oyster sauce mixture (be sure to use a small rubber spatula to get every
bit of the sauce
out of the bowl) and stir everything around constantly.
