I had to add a
bit over half a cup
of coconut flour to get the mixture to a state that it can be scooped
out of the bowl in and still hold some sort
of shape on a cookie tray.
When the cupcakes are totally cool, make the frosting: scrape all
of the
coconut cream
out of the can and into a cold bowl (do not add the little
bit of coconut water or juice in the can — just the thick, white cream).
I didn't think that would really affect how it cooked (I just used a
bit of coconut oil to grease the pan), just how it stuck to the pan and came
out easier.
My dough was too sticky so I just sprinkled a tiny
bit of coconut flour on the parchment paper first and then again on top
of the dough in order to flatten it
out without it sticking to my hands.
Be sure you blend it up enough (and add a
bit of coconut oil if it's not smoothing
out!)
150g
coconut cream, from a package or scoop

of coconut milk, and save some extra to drizzle on top
You'll have to do a
bit of experimenting if you need to leave
out the
coconut oil / butter, since it is used to help firm up the cake layers.

If your
coconut cream is too thick to beat properly, add a tbsp or so

1/4 cup unflavoured whey protein 1/4 cup ground almonds (plus a
bit extra, if you need to dry
out the mix later) 1tbsp high protein nuts n more white chocolate peanut butter 1tbsp
coconut flour 1 - 2caps valencian orange oil (mine came from Asda) 1 - 2tbsp water (add a little at a time so that the mix doesn't get too wet & sticky) 7 drops vanilla flavdrops zest

This is a thicker almond butter, which is my preference, but if you like yours to be on the silkier side you can easily add a
bit of coconut oil to the blender to thin it
out a
bit.
So I make a keto flatbread (paratha) using the Headbanger's Kitchen recipe
of coconut flour and psyllium husk powder with a
bit of baking powder, the bread comes
out really well and is a good enough meal for me with 4 net carbs per piece.My question is it bad to eat this everyday if it fits in my macros.
Over time, I've worked
out that
coconut oil is better for this crust when it's a touch firmer, so there's a
bit of extra detail about how to get it right when it's hot in your kitchen.
I used palm shortening in place
of the
coconut oil (we have both dairy and
coconut allergies in our family, so
coconut oil and butter are both
out), and it worked, but the cookies spread a
bit more than what's in the picture.
I can chuck several
of these, and something fruity like the raspberry
coconut breakfast
bites into a cooler bag and not have to buy lunch
out.

coconut flour can differ (and can absorb quite a
bit of moisture from the air depending on how it's stored and how humid it is where you live), glad you worked it
out.
I would just crank up the heat a
bit, and before frying them in the
coconut oil, you could actually pat the mixture with a towel to get some
of the moisture
out of the mixture.

bit of stevia left (1 packet) and was
out of erythritol so I just used

I used honey because I didn't have
coconut sugar and the cocoa powder flavor was a
bit strong for me so I added a couple tablespoons
of stevia and they turned
out great!
In terms
of taste, I decided to try
out the Mocha Cappuccino as it's one
of the top rated flavors and it taste pretty good... I've experimented mixing it with water,
coconut water, and soy milk and think that Soy Milk is the way to go as it taste a
bit thicker, not too sweet and not diluted.
If you don't want to use full - fat
coconut milk and you want to get nice, crisp layers, you can try pouring holding a spoon over the fruit layer and pouring the chia mixture over the spoon, which will slow it down and give it a chance to spread
out a
bit instead
of sinking down.
In goes a
bit of coconut peanut butter and
coconut milk,
out comes something that is FREAKIN AWESOME.
Using a spoon, scoop
out the
coconut and top it over the cooled cake, letting a little
bit of the liquid run down on the sides.
And as for little Pan Pan panda, all this cake needed was a coat
of whipped cream flavoured with a
bit of coconut and a few features cut
out to make the panda face!

I had a nice little dish the other night where it was just grass - fed, some cut - up onions, and it was a hollowed
out squash and we just put it in the squash and a little
bit of coconut milk mixed in there and it was phenomenal, and you can get a little
bit of carbs that way.
But there are some recipes
out there that use a good

They taste good (if you like
coconut) although the texture feels a
bit like thick paper and they feel a
bit greasy, but it's because they're made
out of coconut and doesn't interfere with the taste.
We also get a
bit of sweetness from honey and
coconut aminos, which is balanced
out by the strong and savory flavors
of the sesame oil.
I subbed
coconut oil for butter in my granola recipe for health reasons, but from the first
bite of granola warm
out of the oven, I knew I'd never use butter again.
