of the chocolate
eggs starts to get a
bit shiny, remove them from heat, and very carefully (so as to
not puncture the chocolate and let the yolk ooze
out) transfer each
egg to the top
of your two prepared brownie and doughnut stacks.

totally worthless (other than a 2 week clean
out) that is it, and if you stick on it for health reasons you will develop them, when you have destroyed you gut, you will get systemic candida which vegan diet's feed with ever
bite you take (everthing in vegan diet's rot's) meats, and
eggs are digested by enzymes so don't lie about healthy benefits

Now I hear a lot
of doctors
out there, «Well, pull gluten
out for a
bit,» which I think is great, almost — almost all
of my patients go on an autoimmune diet to start with, because I can't tell you how many times something like nuts or
eggs can cause a problem, and because they're such a common staple in a Paleo diet, anyone that has gut issues or severe neurological stuff or mood stuff or hormone stuff, an autoimmune diet with the potential
of something like a — an SCD or GAPS or a low FODMAP may even be added on, kinda like a filter.
I am
not vegan but having a whole lot
of eggs (because I'm gonna be so making a whole lot
of pancakes) can turn
out to be a
bit unhealthy.
I want her to have a little
nest egg when she finishes school, maybe for spending on university fees or just to give her a
bit of a boost when she gets
out into the real world.
A
bit more variety for the continental side
of breakfast would be appreciated, such as a choice
of jams (
not everyone likes strawberry) and boiled
eggs, which would help to broaden
out the selection.
