If you prefer something a little sweeter, you could substitute the cocoa nibs for the
chocolate of your choice chopped into
bits or even leave
out the
chocolate element all together.
5 — Once set, top each fudge
bite with a teaspoon
of nut butter (use the back
of the spoon to flatten and smooth it
out to the edges, then cover your nut butter with a drizzle
of the left over
chocolate fudge (again use your spoon to cover your nut butter and spread it to

out I came up with this lovely Cadburys caramel cookie cake...
I went all
out and did a
chocolate sauce (

bit of butter and corn syrup), topped it off with blackberries and it was fab!!

bits of chocolate peanut butter that are scattered throughout the ice cream.

chocolate chips... add in a little
bit of shortening it helps smooth it
out for coating.
They're full
of delicious and gooey

bit more brown than yours but other than that they look pretty much the same texture-wise, they're really nice and firm and taste great, I'll be making these again for sure, and probably top them with fruit or a
bit of chocolate.
But it's definitely that time
of the year — when the weather gets a tad
bit nippy (ok, or cold), the holiday decorations are
out in full force, and my thoughts turn to dreams
of chocolate and cookies and pastry and everything that's not necessarily good for me but keeps me going through the winter months.
Take the frozen bananas
out of the freezer and dip half the
bites into the melted
chocolate, then sprinkle over your toppings.
After an impatience - inducing 30 minutes, you'll pop the large square

Unfortunately they melted quite a
bit during the trip, so the looks aren't that nice... (I made separate
chocolate sweets
out of them.)
Icecream, milk, and sometimes a little
bit of hot
chocolate powder, mash mash mash with a fork (kitchen machines and mixers were still a little
out of my repetoire at this point... And the fork worked surprisingly well:P) and it was the most delicious thing on a hot Summer's day!
1/4 cup unflavoured whey protein 1/4 cup ground almonds (plus a
bit extra, if you need to dry
out the mix later) 1tbsp high protein nuts n more white
chocolate peanut butter 1tbsp coconut flour 1 - 2caps valencian orange oil (mine came from Asda) 1 - 2tbsp water (add a little at a time so that the mix doesn't get too wet & sticky) 7 drops vanilla flavdrops zest
of half an orange 50g white
chocolate 6 flaked almonds
Biting into a warm ginger cookie and having a
bit of chocolate ooze
out... OMG!
The silicone muffin cups worked really well as long as the cupcake
bites were refrigerated, and one was patient enough to peel the sides away from the
chocolate cup before popping the cupcake
bite out of it.
Instead
of using plain
chocolate I tried
out Green & Blacks new dark salted caramel
chocolate to add a
bit of decadence to the
chocolate cups — the burst
of salted caramel works perfectly with the sweet pumpkin filling.
I mean, you're supposed to make them into little balls, but if you're making this just for yourself you could just eat them
out of the blender with a spoon... I mean, I didn't do that or anything... For these White

The key is using high quality
chocolate for the unsweetened and cocoa powder (I used Valrhona) and I also added just a little
bit of instant espresso powder to the melted
chocolate mixture to bring
out the flavors.
Mornings are tough, but there's something about the promise
of chocolate that makes getting
out of bed just a
bit easier.
Warm from the oven, fudgy, with a few pieces
of chocolate oozing
out the moment you take a
bite.
The
chocolate may get a
bit out of control and a huge dollop may land on one spot.
A little
bit of wetness is okay since it could be from a
chocolate chip, but the knife should come
out mostly dry.

A creamy
chocolate secret that comes
out of hiding when you take a delectable
bite into the truffle.
If you like your coffee black I suspect you won't mind a
