bit of vinegar to imitate a buttermilk?

I included a
bit of coconut
milk in
here, which adds not just to the richness, but also gives it something
of a piña coloda undertone, which is something you can pretty much never go wrong with.
The dough is similar to that
of bread: flour, yeast, almond
milk and a
bit of coconut oil, and you simply top it with fruit, but you normally only see it with plums, or damsons, a special and very sweet kind
of plum that we get over

Any cultured dairy works well
here but also a
bit of cream or any alternative

of time, it's important to be a
bit more persnickety with the amount
of moisture and
