chocolate, according to new study published in the August issue of the Journal of Dairy Science.
Every year, my stocking usually contains one of my favorite types of
chocolate other
than really
bitter 80 %
dark chocolate.
You could use
dark chocolate instead, but I wouldn't go any higher
than about 60 % cocoa solids or your cookies may end up too
bitter.
But there is nothing better
than the
bitter sweet indulgent flavour of
dark chocolate melting on your tongue.
