Tonight I made
quinoa tacos by using 1 cup
quinoa, 1 cup corn, 1 cup organic vegetable stock, 1/2 of a jalapeno, diced onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 can organic
black beans, 1 can fire roasted tomatoes, and cumin /
chili powder / salt / pepper / turmeric to taste.

This salad includes
quinoa, kale, lettuce, avocado,
black beans, cherry tomatoes, carrots and dried veggie chips, and the dressing is made with cherry tomatoes, salt, cilantro, red onion,
chili and lime juice.
Tender
quinoa is tossed with crisp corn, fibre - rich
black beans, and
chili - spiced shrimp, before being dressed in an avocado and lime sauce.

If I were in a pinch though, I'd heat up some
quinoa,
black beans, and tofu, season with olive oil and
chili powder, and make a salad or steam some veggies on the side.
Stir in
quinoa,
black beans, mild green chilies, corn, tomato, cumin,
chili powder, salt, and half of the enchilada sauce.
Cumin, coriander, and
chili powder season a filling of
quinoa,
black beans, corn and Monterey Jack Cheese.
