Black Bottom Cupcakes are one of my favorite desserts to make (and eat!).

What I love most about the Black Bottom Cupcake recipe is that it features an easy method for «filling» the cupcakes by simple dropping a dollop of the filling over the top of the cake batter before baking.

Maybe with some sauteed kale or chard on the side — or even in the bottom of the bowl, depending — or maybe some soupy black beans?
