Our seeds include
black chia seeds, blackened pumpkin seeds, brown flax seeds, pumpkin seeds (raw, roasted and salted or roasted, no salt), sesame seeds and sunflower seeds (raw, roasted and salted or roasted, no salt).
They contain the same high nutritional value
as black chia seeds.

I made these today, they came out great though I used
black chia seeds and added mashed banana.
The chia seed probably would have been a good mix if I had made these into lemon poppyseed muffins, as
the black chia seeds would have been hidden between the poppyseeds.

I added
some black chia seeds to the egg / yogurt mixture and I wasn't too neat about the quantity of carrot / zucs to the rest of the ingredients.
Black chia seeds are higher in antioxidants than white chia seeds which is to be expected as antioxidant content is associated with dark coloration in plants.
