Draw a chocolate brown or
black pencil along your top lids, making the line a bit thick since you're going to blend it later.
To start, trace a creamy
black pencil along your top lids, keeping it as close to the lashes as possible.

On the lower lashline, I used the
pencil along with the
black coal eyeshadow.
I then smudged a
black pencil eyeliner
along the upper and lower waterline (mine is from Maybelline, but so rubbed off I cant tell you the exact name) and used a push liner brush to drag it out on the outer and inner corners.
Before picking up a green liner to draw on the flick, define your eyes with a

Line your waterlines with a
black pencil, and smudge it
along the lash lines as well.
Then,
along her lower lid's waterline, she traced a white
pencil that was then layered underneath with
black liner.
Smudge
black pencil liner
along the bottom lash line.
Finish by tracing a line
along the center of your cupid's bow (between the bottom of your nose and top of your lip), then adding 3 whisker dots on either side with a
black eye
pencil.
Step 2: Then, line
along top lashes with brown (if you're fair) or
black pencil, gently pulling the skin taut at your eye's outer corner to help make the line even.

The easiest way to do smoky eye is to put the white shadow first as a base, then line the lash line with
black eye
pencil, and smoke that like with that beautiful blue color, and go
along with the blending on the crease.
To glam up this jacket I paired it with a
black silk tank to add a bit of a soft sexy touch and a
pencil skirt that had a kaleidoscope print in neutral colors with very small studs on it
along the print.
Cut this
pencil shape out
along the solid
black lines and you have a uniquely shaped
pencil award.
