White, red and
black quinoa add to the gorgeous presentation of this autumn salad when tossed with roasted butternut squash, sweet dried cranberries, tart apples and buttery toasted pecans.

i made this last night, and have just finished it off for lunch, its absolutely delicious, i made a few tweeks, i put the potato in raw, i cut them into cubes, but didn't par boil them, this thickened up the curry nicely, i also
added, fresh garlic and coriander at the end with the spinach, it was quite thick today, so i loosened it up with some coconut milk (fresh) it really is so good, i served it with
black quinoa, I've also just received your book, can't wait to try out more of recipes, you should be very proud of your self Ella, a beautiful book, and inspiring story x
Now
add black pepper,
quinoa and chili sauce.
Add the
quinoa, mushroom, and walnut mixture, thyme, rosemary, sea salt, cayenne,
black pepper, sun - dried tomatoes, and saute for about 4 minutes.
Then on top of all of that I
added a chipotle dressing which seriously, makes this the BEST

A few tweaks of my own —

I love using red and
black quinoa — it

Tons of ingredients like cashews, cilantro and avocado
add to the flavor of this sweet potato and

quinoa bowl.
I eat a lot of
black bean soups and stews but never thought of
adding quinoa or pumpkin.
Today I used
black quinoa with avocado, cherry tomatoes and Persian cucumber diced into it with avocado oil and lemon juice with sesame Yuba noodles for
added protein - I love your stacking tiffen collection and would love it if you carried them:)
Add black beans, mushrooms, oats,
quinoa, walnuts, carrots and spices to food processor.
