The Wynn's are full time RVers who converted from the
usual black water tank based RV toilet to a compact Nature's Head commercial composting toilet.
Of course, RV flush toilets use less water than household toilets, but they also come with the task of emptying the
dreaded black water tank.
Through my discussions with RV owners — and, yes, we talk about toilets — I'm told a 40 -
gallon black water tank will last two people about 8 - 10 days.
We later removed
the black water tank all together since we won't need it.
From there just several brackets to remove and
the black water tank could be pulled out.
I can't imagine having a tow around and dump
a black water tank.
No need for
black water tank and no need for the fun job of emptying the black water tank or finding a place to empty it.
