Recipe looks great, but where does the writer live —
blackcurrants do not grow wild in the UK, or is this a misprint for blackberries?

Afraid I don't have those in the Cotswolds but I'm very tempted to «forage» in the garden for dessert gooseberries, raspberries and
blackcurrants to make your inspiringly healthy pud.
