all blamed on wheat and gluten.

blamed on wheat.
There are many causes of visceral fat in the abdomen and Dr Davis isn't trying to fully lay

wheat in recent years — rather than increased gluten in the
wheat actually consumed — might be in part to
blame for increased incidence of celiac disease.
