This preparation is super simple — all you need to do is steam,
blanch, sauté, roast, or ferment these
veggies.
Can't wait to try... I don't have a spiral slicer (yet), but I make
veggies noodles by creating a chiffonade of collard greens (ribs removed) and
blanch for just a few minutes in boiling water.
