d) The duration of immunity provided by vaccinations probably varies from one vaccine to the next, depending on the strain of virus / bacteria used, the adjuvents used in the vaccine and the production methods — therefore, until each vaccine is tested for duration of action, it will be hard to make
blanket judgments about how long vaccine intervals should be.
