By creating
a blanket requirement for all fetal death experiences ranging from miscarriage to abortion (as opposed to making these provisions an option), this bill attempts to force women into a belief they may not espouse.
So aside from merely being annoying,
the blanket requirement of EA turns it into a gateway drug for unethical behavior.
Blanket requirements can bog down rural systems and force them to use money in ways that are inefficient given their unique setting.
And
a blanket requirement for a fenced yard is just stupid.
For instance, currently the Federation of Law Societies of Canada (the «Federation») has
a blanket requirement for lawyers to treat everyone, including SRLs, politely and essentially in the same courteous manner as they would treat a fellow lawyer.
This is not, by any means, an exhaustive list, nor is
it a blanket requirement for anyone considering a divorce or separation.
That is, the requirements are
blanket requirements, rather than individual to students wishing to practice.
