I work in a corporate office
as a social media manager, and while I'm pretty laid back in my everyday style — the office is not so much Managers are expected to
wear blazers and
dress on the more formal side of «business casual», which has honestly been quite a tough transition for me in the past (almost) year.
I
wore the olive turtleneck to a meeting with a
blazer and the wine colored
dress to dinner with the girls but I will definitely be re
wearing it this Thanksgiving
as I will be hosting it at my place this year!

Perfect to layer under
blazers or cardigans,
wear alone
as a mini
dress (with shorts underneath of course) and sky high heels or with bright leggings and flats.
It's the kind of
dress you can
wear with flats and a cardigan or
blazer to work, then
dress up with heels and a cute clutch for cocktails and / or dinner,
as I've done here.

wear, I shopped and found this amazing white

worn as a perfect oversized
blazer.

dressed down
as easily
as jeans, topping her coated skinnies with a belted tweed
blazer and work - appropriate tote.
I have
worn it
as I do here, layered under a
blazer, or layered under a safari
dress or slip
dress.
I have a white lace
dress (its a shirt, techically but I'm a hoochie and
wear it
as a
dress) and I plan on
wearing it with black tightes & a
blazer.
I would
wear this to a holiday party
as is, but if you need to go more dressy, this
blazer would look amazing over a lace or sequin
dress, or even over black leather leggings.
With my
dresses I have so many options from belts and tights to sweaters /
blazers / jackets, and
dresses worn as skirts or tops with skirts over the top... it feels endless.
And of course, if you CAN get away with it at your workplace or job, you ditch the
blazer for a sleeved sheath
dress, only keep it in your office
as a topper for air conditioning, or find other professional things to
wear.

My favorite ways to
wear my belt bags
as of late: cinched at a high waist point over a long midi
