Certainly not us, especially when it comes to
this blend of almond milk, fruit, oats, and spices.
Packed with powerful antioxidants from the raw cacao powder plus balancing cinnamon which is also an antiviral and antibiotic, as well as ultra-creamy coconut milk (or any non-dairy milk of choice), I used
a blend of almond milk + coconut milk in the carton.
The apple juice is pretty important for both the flavour and the texture of these muffins, so I would really recommend using it although it could be worth experimenting with
a blend of almond milk and maple syrup.

Just tried mine with a 50/50
blend of almond and coconut
milk, which was fantastic.
I have read about
blending it but I am making a small portion for one person (one tablespoon
of nut butter to a cup
of soy or
almond milk).
Simply peel the mango and two
of the bananas and place them in a food processor with the ground flaxseed and a little
almond milk, then

of the protein powder, and a few ice cubes.
And last is just a half cup
of whatever type
of milk you used — I had an
almond and cashew
blend for these.
I use
almond milk as the liquid and I
blend with a drizzle
of raw honey until I have banana chocolate ice cream.
If you are having trouble
blending, add a splash
of soy or
almond milk to thin it out slightly.
If you would like it thinner, add a couple more tablespoons
of almond milk and
blend on medium - low.
