I thought
the blend of parsley, garlic, olive oil, and touch of sea salt made a great flavor combination as a topping for the tomatoes.
You can view my ranch dressing mix here, but it's simply
a blend of parsley, chives, garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper and dried dill.

Instead
of cilantra (that I absolutely lvoe), you can use parsely (especially the stronger flavored american
parsley) or basil; instead
of sunflower oil, you could use (less
of) peanut oil, which is strongr but
blends well with basil and coconut.
The
blend of mint, dill and
parsley - the Turkish spice trilogy - gives the ground lamb and rice wonderful flavor.
