of Udo's choice Ultimate Oil
Blend 2 tablespoons
of coconut
yogurt or any
yogurt of your choice 1/2 teaspoon
of vanilla extract or
vanilla powder
In the food processor or blender, place the cooked pumpkin flesh,
yogurt, eggs, 4 Tbsp
of sugar,
vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg and process until it is well
blended.
Single serving chocolate brownie 1 TBSP whole wheat flour 1 TBSP sugar (do not substitute) 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa a pinch
of baking soda a pinch
of salt 1 TBSP
of low fat
vanilla yogurt, add more if needed to

This smoothie is a refreshing and unique
blend of the two foods, balancing out the strong cherry flavor with both coconut milk and coconut flakes, along with a splash
of vanilla yogurt for some added texture and taste.
Strawberry - Banana
Blend 1 banana, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup each
vanilla yogurt and milk, 2 teaspoons honey, a pinch
of cinnamon and 1 cup ice.
I made mine using one
of those personal blenders that don't really like
blending things that are too thick, so I also added a container
of vanilla greek
yogurt and a tad bit
of milk to get things moving.
Blend frozen strawberries with cooked old - fashioned oats, greek
yogurt, brown sugar, ground cinnamon,
vanilla and a bit
of water until smooth.
Other yummy dipping sauces for fruit are coconut
yogurt or whipped coconut cream
blended with a few drops
of vanilla extract.
Banana Smoothie (1/2 cup sliced banana, 1/4 cup nonfat
vanilla yogurt, and a handful
of ice
