A simple mix in a

ice cream - so I just used the same method as that but the frozen berries and
ice cube tray for the
coconut milk sounds wonderful!

Being completely honest there sometimes isn't enough time to simply put fruit,
ice,
coconut milk, and protein powder in a
blender for 3 minutes!
This is what I threw into my
blender: some cooked sweet potato, 3 very ripe bananas, a handful or two of slivered almonds, a snack box of raisins, some
coconut milk, some water and
ice!
You can make this
ice cream the traditional way too with no food processor or
blender Just tip the
coconut milk into a freezer proof container and pop in freezer.
Purée
coconut cream, cilantro, 3 cups basil, and 1/4 cup

If I win (I think I can, I think I can) I'm going to make my new favorite smoothie to celebrate I don't have an actual recipe, but I put two ripe bananas, one peeled mango cut off of the pit, a handful of
ice cubes and a couple of heaping tablespoons of
coconut milk (the fatty creamy kind) into my
blender and oh my goodness!
Simply put in all the ingredients (except the
coconut flakes and
ice cubes) in a
blender.
My favourite way is 1/2 cup frozen blackberries + 1/2 cup

blender for a few seconds = easy keto
