These are an awesome dessert, especially paired with
my blender coconut ice cream recipe.

Combine the rum, banana,
cream of
coconut, lime juice and
ice in a
blender and process until smooth.
A simple mix in a
blender with
coconut milk, a bit of espresso powder, sugar and vanilla extract and your
ice cream is ready to go into your
ice cream machine.
And now I'm picturing some sort of
ice cream made with these ingredients and blended with
coconut milk or
coconut cream then put in the
blender.
Place the
coconut milk, cherries, and
ice cream in a
blender and blend until combined.
It's as easy as blending a few cans of
coconut goodness in your
blender and freezing in your
ice cream mixer.
These go great with

I adapted this recipe from my vanilla

ice cream - so I just used the same method as that but the frozen berries and
ice cube tray for the
coconut milk sounds wonderful!

You can make this
ice cream the traditional way too with no food processor or
blender Just tip the
coconut milk into a freezer proof container and pop in freezer.
Purée
coconut cream, cilantro, 3 cups basil, and 1/4 cup
ice water in
blender until very smooth; set herb purée aside.
Optional step: For an ultimate smooth and creamy
ice cream, strain
coconut milk mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any fine grits of mint, and then pour mixture back into
blender.
Maca Vanilla
Ice Cream 1 can (14 ounces) full - fat
coconut milk 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon Anthony's Yellow Maca Powder or Red Maca Powder 1/2 teaspoon Anthony's Xanthan Gum ⅛ teaspoon salt Stevia extract to taste Combine all ingredients in a
blender and blend until very smooth and a bit fluffy.
Clean out the
blender if it was used for the strawberries and add crushed
ice,
coconut cream, blue curaçao, pineapple and remaining rum.
My favourite way is 1/2 cup frozen blackberries + 1/2 cup
coconut cream + some almond milk or water and all in
blender for a few seconds = easy keto
