This brilliant idea dawned on me while I was loading up my
blender with all the usual green smoothie ingredients and realized that I really wanted a freshly baked
muffin.
Method: 1) preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 2) prepare 12
muffin cups by lining
with muffin papers or coating
with nonstick spray 3) place all ingredients into a
blender and blend until smooth 4) Evenly divide batter among 12
muffin cups 5) Bake for 18 - 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean 6) Cool completely and enjoy!
