Very slowly, start adding the oil while keeping the blender or immersion
blender running on low.
Next time, I'll probably do a real emulsion with the dressing (i.e., blend all ingredients except oil in blender, then slowly stream in oil
with blender running).
With
the blender running on low speed, drizzle in the olive oil and blend until it just becomes emulsified, this will take under a minute.
Let
the blender run for a bit until you have a smoothie, well blended sauce.
Then with
the blender running, slowly pour in the olive oil and the water.
With
the blender running, slowly pour in olive oil one tablespoon at a time until emulsified and thickened.
With
the blender running, slowly drizzle in vegetable oil.
Then add small amounts of extra liquid as need to get
the blender running smoothly.
You could use a Tbsp more of almond milk or water to get
the blender running smoothly because this smoothie is rather thick.

the blender running, slowly drizzle the oil in a very thin stream, allowing the blender to emulsify the sauce.
With
the blender running, slowly add in extra-virgin olive oil and purée about 3 minutes until frothy.
I like my mixture to be a bit chunky but if you want it to be completely smooth just let
the blender run for a few more seconds.
You can let
your blender run for a while so the soup heats up but don't let it get too hot as you wouldn't want to destroy all of the nutrients.
(If you don't have coconut cream concentrate, leave it out and stream in 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil at this point, with
the blender running.)
With the processor or

If you like it very smooth, leave
your blender running with for a little longer than normal.

blender running, gradually add extra-virgin olive oil.
Two pointers: Use only the ripest tomatoes, and let
the blender run for three solid minutes.
