Note: If you do not have a high powered
blender such as Vitamix or Blendtec, start by blending the hard ingredients (i.e.
almonds, oats, and spinach)
with the
almond milk to ensure they are thoroughly blended.
Pour the soup into a clean pot and repeat
with the remaining soup and remaining
almond milk, dividing it into 2 batches (so you don't overfill the
blender) if necessary.
1 tablespoon of
almond butter + extra for drizzling on top

In place of sugar and flour, I boiled parsnip cubes
with coconut
milk and
almond milk and used an immersion
blender to puree the mixture into a sweet and creamy base.
But I do like using a
blender to mix the
almond milk (homemade, of course)
with the cocoa powder or cacao powder, sweetener, vanilla bean and pinch of salt.
All you got ta do is throw some cupcakes (or cake) into a
blender with a little bit of
almond milk.
