I do that when making &
blending green soups.

another blended green soup (can use any cruciferous green leafies or broccoli or both).
Not exact matches
While the apples soften, place the strawberries (with the
green part removed) into the food processor and
blend for one minute until they turn into a smooths strawberry
soup!
I also
blended the
greens with the
soup and added a squeeze of fresh lemon at the end.
Add the water, posole, chicken thighs, salt, pepper and
green chile spice
blend to a Dutch oven or
soup pot.
This
soup recipe has a dose of healthy fats from the avocado, a detoxing
blend of
greens from the spinach, and some complex carbs from the sweet potato.
To avoid the bright

If you are experiencing bloat and overall digestive discomfort, I suggest
blending magnesium - rich
greens into
soups or lightly sautéing or steaming
greens to decrease the overall demand on your digestive system.
You can scatter broccoli sprouts or pea shoots on your avocado toast or
blend greens powder into your smoothies, and then there's the more traditional ways of sautéing, simmering in
soups, big salads etc..
Use your bone broth and
blended vegetable
soup as snacks, and begin eating meals of steamed vegetables, such as zucchini, broccoli, onion, cauliflower, and leafy
greens — pick your favorites.
I'm not a huge fan of the taste of these types of
greens separately (kale, bok choy, mustard
greens, etc)... however, pureed and
blended into the sauce or
soup actually makes a pretty delicious mixture and also adds TONS of nutrient density to your meals to satisfy your appetite and help you get leaner.
Then I
blend the
greens smooth with the onion and pour the mixture back into the simmering tomato sauce or
soup.
Steam leftover grape leaves for use in pureed
soup — a
blend of broccoli, onions, kale, grape leaves and other
green veggies makes for a flavorful and nutrient - packed meal.
But, you can also
blend greens with plain water or broth to have on hand for
soups, stews or pasta sauce!
Think a variety of smoothies,
green juices, hot or cold teas, bone broths,
blended soups, and plenty of water.
Also you can buy frozen spinach usually less expensively than fresh
greens and
blend that into
soups, etc..
We often
blend local oranges w /
greens & flax first, then have lentil
soup or lentils cooked w / more veggies after as our first meal.
