In any other one on one situation, I will say, «You have a blessed day or a blessed rest of today or a best rest of the week.»

I am writing today to say how truly sorry I am you have to spend another Father's Day away from your blessed children.

So today I began a 4 day split based on BLS and completed my first chest and triceps routine, which went really well.

Hey Mike, I bought BLS and TLS the other day and decided to try out intervals today.

Today seemed like the appropriate day to pay tribute to the blessings of life and love, to good food and healing, in honor of the man who brought me to this point in my timeline, and enabled me to do the work I do with an open heart.

In this blessed area that used to host only small fishermen villages, today exuberant Riviera Maya hotels such as The Royal Haciendas or Grand Residences Riviera Cancun, fine restaurants, stunning golf courses and thrilling theme parks such as Xcaret and Xel - Ha, rise with splendor by the Riviera Maya coastlines, offering unforgettable experiences for everyone: eco tours, ATV rides, zip lines, snorkeling, diving, hiking or just a beautiful day chilling under a palm tree somewhere in the Caribbean.

Three things I am grateful for today are: 1) My husband who always wishes me a blessed day 2) Co-workers who are good to work with 3) The sunshine even though the air is cool Life is always good!

Each and every day I seek out the blessings in my life and today I have to say that I am THANKFUL for; * A NO SCHOOL day so I can sleep in a little bit before work, * Both my boys working, serving and leading within their gifts and skills, * A husband that loves me unconditionally even when I make him absolutely nuts.

and read this entry this morning after a particularly difficult morning with my boys — difficult in that they wouldn't get out of bed, couldn't find clean socks, argued over wearing long - sleeves on a 30degree day, forgot to add their books to their reading logs due today, etc...... — HARDLY a tough morning but that just goes to show you how blessed I am.
