Trust me, Pure Ella isn't a
diet or restrictive - eating
blog but I've learned so much over the years

I daydream
about this sandwich (while reading your
blog) on the days I eat sad pretzel and
diet coke lunches in my cubicle.
I'm super excited I found your
blog (via your comment) because even though I've heard
about Paleo
diet in passing I know NOTHING
about (it's not so big here!).

blog this site provides very valuable information on what specific aspects of the

I have been a follower of your
blog for
about 8 years but have been on an AIP
diet for close to a year now and also can't tolerate coconut.
I first learned
about keto
diets from following Megan's
blog, Freckled Italian, and more recently from her cookbook.
I have been thinking
about starting to include flaxseed in my
diet — thanks for the
blog, I think this needs to be a new addition for me!
Because... let's get real; I can't have a
diet that revolves around flour, butter, sugar, and chocolate, so I thought it'd be fun to
