The demands of launching my own web design business have proved too much, the ink in my pen has dried up and I'm seeking some assistance to keep this blog and the AFCB community going.

Perhaps try some of the lighter style workouts on my blog or even the HIIT workouts as I have designed them not to bulk too.

:) FYI, there is something funky with the new blog design - there's a serious sideways scroll for no apparent reason, like something is too wide for the browser window.

I started this little blog as a way to share my love of interior design and with hopes to inspire others that they too can create a beautiful home on a budget.

I may not have been around on the blog scene too much, but my designing business kept me quite busy.

Although currently my tech backgrounds are a continual rotation of engagement photos, I've seen too many darling tech designs to pass up sharing them on the blog.

As you may have read in the title of this blog post, I am talking about backpacks today I loved carrying a backpack around when I was a teen, I would choose a simple design and a neutral colour like black and I would decorate it with marker inscriptions and pins, someone else did this too?

Sure, I have all the obvious tabs: Author bio, appearances, book news, links to blogs, excerpts / readings and «what's new», but what I really need is to focus on what additional elements that truly add value to my readers (and yes, I also know I need to update my news / appearances too...) As a reader I know I enjoy websites that are beautifully designed, visually appealing, easy to read (no weird fonts or jarring colors) and which offer lots of value added information that keep me coming back.
