I've found through my own personal research that a lot of companies have blogs (meaning they know it's important to have one), but they haven't been updated in 5 months — or they're publishing short, 300 word posts that are read by no one.

A lot of the recipes you see on my blog are created in batches, meaning on my days off from work, I will whip up anywhere from three to six different recipes and photograph them.

It really means a lot to me that you all are still here reading my blog, no matter how long the distance between the entries.

I literally NEVER comment on blogs (you don't know me so that may not sound flattering, but I mean it to)... because I like lots of them.

I also talk a lot about what being a «natural, attachment parent» means to me, along with childbirth, menu planning & recipes, sharing other blogs I love and just about whatever else strikes my fancy to write on.

She had fantastic things to say about the book, and she clearly gets the blog world as well which meant a lot to us.

Being able to write conversationally, in a clear way, with a friendly and personable voice means that you'll be able to write blog posts that people want to read as they're informative without being boring (which a lot of academic writing is known for).

Dear Lindsey, I am also amazed by the number 2, but not surprised at all... I had a blog (same name, another platform) where I posted quite a lot, but travelling and doing things — it means, living — started to prevent me to post like before.

Previously, I had the settings on my blog set higher to block unwanted content, but that meant a lot more moderation on my part.

I actually get asked about how I designed my blog a lot, and although I don't consider myself an expert on the topic by any means, I'm happy to share what I do know.
