I get a lot of questions about food photography and how I learnt to take all the
photos on my
blog so I thought this would be a great topic for todays

During my month of non-blogging (which feels suspiciously like it's morphing into two months of non-blogging, except that I'm typing this right now) I did re-photograph some old recipes, but then as I was placing the new
photos into the old
blog posts I found that it's honestly easier to write a whole new
post because I used to write my recipes into the
post rather than a focused recipe.

I made this Coffee Chocolate Fudge Cake with Ganache Frosting for a birthday card

When I first started this

posted a recipe for chocolate - chip and double chocolate meringues, with a really ugly
photo, before I learned that you never, ever want to use a flash for food photography.

photos and I can't on Joy's for some reason... do you have any ideas how to rectify that... I'm presuming your more tech savvy than me being the proud owner of this
