about «The Incredible Shrinking Lunch Period» and that's when I first heard of some schools actually making kids get fully
outfitted for cold weather before their hurried lunch.
The whole beauty of
blogging is that we get to see «real» people doing stuff — whether that's cooking food or talking
about beauty routines or showing off
outfits — and we're not restricted to what the mainstream media want to show us.
This
outfit here, on the citibikes, is another I'm going to be
blogging about, and one that I'll bet you couldn't guess where it came from!
I started my blog a couple of months ago and now I'm a bit more into the swing of it I want to start looking at how to improve and what I want to achieve, so there's loads for me to think

This
outfit is the epitome of what I have loved
about blogging my
outfits.
That is the most incredible part
about blogging, you really do reach more people than you can even imagine and it is so much fun to know that you helped someone come up with an
outfit for that night out or whatever occasion!
After a good 6 months of feeling like my only readers were my Mom and hubby, friends and acquaintances started commenting on my posts and with that came suggestions to do as the other style bloggers do and photograph myself in the
outfits I'm
blogging about.
As important as it is to be aware of everything happening right now, I think it's equally as important for us to stay sane, and for me, that means
blogging about my life and my
outfits just as I've done before now.
Today's
outfit includes a striped button down and jeans that I
blogged last week to prove the point that this classic duo will be on heavy repeat this fall, but paired with different shoes, bags and accessories to create lots of different looks to get you through this busy time of year with no stress
about what to wear.
We all had time to meet, chat
about our experiences with fashion
blogging, and we were able to select 3
outfits to wear for the shoot.
I

outfits here and here but I haven't gone into detail yet on what we did and what we thought of the area.

This

One of the downsides of
blogging, particularly
blogging about one's own personal style, is that sometimes you simply can't decide for a location that might suit best the style and colours of the
outfit you are wearing.
You should have seen the look on my hubby's face when he finally realized that I was not kidding
about blogging this
outfit!
I hear you - at the beginning of
blogging I didn't think much
about which
outfits I shared.
My
outfits always teach me something, and
blogging about them gives me the time to process those lessons and apply them in the future.
The hardest challenge
about blogging is finding new locations where to shoot my
outfits.
While yes, this post was published on a Monday, the
outfit I'm writing
about was actually written last Wednesday (you know,
blogging schedules, life etc) so I did really wear pink on Wednesday.
So yes, I think taking pictures of your
outfits (even if you're not
blogging about them) is a good way to see how something looks on you and if how you styled it works too.
I think this is one of my most favorite
outfits that you've ever
blogged about, EVER.
I had so much fun with this
outfit shoot, I love
blogging about clothing and style and it felt so good to be back in the routine.
I'm so behind in
blogging about my trip to Texas and the plethora of
outfits I wore with only 18 clothing items in my suitcase.
