V is my blogger friend and been interacting
with her since I started my
blogging journey.
Kimberly and I started
blogging around the same time, and I've followed along
with her cooking
journey since the very beginning.

As I started my
blogging journey in July 2016, I set out
with a goal — let's make this fun!
I hope you continue
with me on my
blogging journey.
I was 5 months pregnant — and learning to dress my bump the best way I could — and I was so excited to be able to share it
with anyone who wanted to follow along
with my new
journey of
blogging!
As
with most things, my
blogging journey has taken many twists and turns over the last 7 years.
During my
blogging journey, I realised how much dressing for your body shape and colouring can impact your confidence and that by changing how you look on the outside you also change how you feel on the inside, which then influences how you interact
with others and that your clothes are not simply things to throw on in the morning but an expression of who you are and how you feel.
Below, I've outlined twelve things that I've learned on my
blogging journey thus far that I'd like to share
with you!
Taking the time to determine your blog's focus and being intentional
with who you're speaking to, will help you stay focused along your
blogging journey and will help you avoid blogger burnout.
I'm slowly easing back to
blogging which explains this super simple slash lazy outfit post, and I hope you will still walk
with me in this
journey.
I can not thank you all enough for coming
with me on this
blogging journey this year.
Like today I am wearing this architectural print inspired W Kurta
with a skirt which was bought parallel to my
blogging journey.
Blogging can be gut wrenching stuff, and I am so thankful to have you all along this
journey with me.
It's the
blogging perks that really make our
blogging journey worthwhile and among that is encountering new brands & falling in love
with them.
I know, meeting up
with blogging friends is such a bonus to this
journey!
Was extremely happy to receive so much positive feedback on my latest post about my

Starting out on this food
blogging journey, I never anticipated creating such wonderful relationships online
with my fellow bloggers.
Once again thank you so, so much for the support you've shown me through my
blogging journey and I sincerely hope that this new format will resonate
with you and that you will stick around.
I've been really lucky throughout my
blogging journey to get to meet and connect
with other creatives in the industry.
Back in 2007 I set out on this style
blogging journey partly as a pleasant distraction, and partly out of frustration
with trying to dress my then 50 - year - old self.
(Though I did consider writing a metaphorical post relating my
blogging journey to my ironing experience last weekend to show you how
blogging isn't always perfect and you make do
with what you have, but deleted that real quick because like I said — who wants to read about ironing?!)
I'm still in the
journey of finding my own style, and
blogging sure does help me
with that.
Connecting
with other bloggers has been such a nice benefit of starting this
blogging journey!
From wonderful meetups
with my Style Collective girl bosses and fun messages and conversations
with some of you wonderful supporters, to incredible collaborations
with brands I love and admire, this year has been the most fulfilling yet in my
blogging journey.
Every week, new and exciting opportunities come my way, all thanks to my crazy 30 Dates experience, and my dating and
blogging journey... something which involved Mr SC, but didn't end
with him.
I've had my ups and downs in living this new
journey with MS and I like to express my MS by supporting and helping educate others, as well as
blogging.
Just getting started
with all of this and actually just began to write my first blog — on
blogging — sort of a chronicle of my
journey.
