Last summer I threw them on a strawberry
salad with balsamic vinaigrette, so I decided to do a winter version with different
oranges from
blood to cara cara to navel.
The heart of this
salad is the roasted beets and
blood oranges.

Add mushrooms, frisee,
blood orange segments, and parsley, tossing until
salad is coated in dressing.
