the blue cheese dip, whisk 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup buttermilk, 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese, 2 tsp.

the blue cheese dip: Whisk together the blue cheese, buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and zest.
You should absolutely make
your blue cheese dipping sauce from scratch; it's just too easy not to and uses ingredients you may already have in your fridge (buttermilk, sour cream, mild blue cheese, lemon, lots of cracked black pepper).
I also provide
some blue cheese dip and milk for those who overestimate their ability to take the heat.
Perhaps
the blue cheese dipping sauce can work in another context (chicken wings?)
Crunchy celery and homemade
blue cheese dip are deliciously de rigueur accompaniments.

It's similar to

I may actually like both this dip and
the Blue Cheese dip the same now... It may be showdown, come game day!
For the final day of this week's blogging marathon, I made this crispy and absolutely addictive baked buffalo style cauliflower with
blue cheese dip.
The blue cheese dip I used was store bought, but you could easily make a greek yogurt based blue cheese dip to save even more calories.
